 HAPPY TUESDAY EVERYONE! Hi to all of my new visitors! Feel free to follow me from the Tuesday Train. Leave a comment and I'll be sure to follow you in return. It's a gloomy Tuesday here in Maryland, but, I'm actually enjoying the coolness of the weather, and my windows open! Weather like this makes me wish I had a screened in porch!

This weekend was rather busy! Friday, Willie had to go out on a jobsite, so it was just me with the 3 kids. Tristan was VERY clingy. I couldn't manage to get anything done. As soon as I'd put him down, he'd cry. I would barely get my hands from underneath of him before he'd scream. I managed to get him in the sling for an hour just to work on something for a client. On top of that, it was just an overall bad day. My fat old cat, Jada, decided she wanted to paw paint my carpets. We've been painting the girls room and since I was in their room trying to get some stuff done, Jada came in stepped in the paint and ran across the house with pink paws. I was so mad and stressed out by the time 3pm rolled around. I also tried getting a picture or two of Tristan for his 2 months but 2 months old is very difficult. I don't think I ever want to do 3wks to 5mos ever again. LOL!

Then, Friday evening, we went out to dinner with Willie's dad and sister. All 3 kids did very well. I was extremely impressed with how well it actually went. We headed to Target afterwards, but they didn't really have anything I was looking for. Came home, and played Hello Kitty Bingo. Addison won once and then Kayliana won the next game. It's so funny to see their big smiles when they win.

Saturday, we headed to Carters and I bought a few shirts for the girls and 4 outfits for Tristan. They were having a 50% off sale, plus I had a 20% off coupon. I'm a Carters addict. I love shopping there. After shopping, we ate "linner" (lunch/dinner) with Willie's Aunt Kim and cousin, Erin. Food was pretty good. Definitely recommend the Grilled Chicken Sandwich. We hung out over at Aunt Kim and Uncle Lee's until about 11:30pm. We always leave there late, but the kids love it there so much.

Sunday (today) was pretty much uneventful. I managed to get a few things done around the house and we even have the girls room back in order so they are back into their room tonight. They've been camping out in the livingroom since Wednesday night. By the weekend we will have the decals up and hopefully my sisters artwork comes in handy. After it's completely done, I'll be taking pictures. I went shopping with Tristan at Kohls this afternoon. I brought him with me since I have no bottles made, and he would have needed to be near me if he got hungry. He was an absolute ANGEL! He slept the entire time in the sling. Man, I love my sling! I have got to get myself another one so I have one inside and one for the truck when we go places.

Well that sums up our weekend. Will have to get some pics up a little later when I get them resized for the web!

My little man is 2 months old today! He's getting big.. fast! I want to say he's a little over 12lbs now. He goes to the doctor on the 26th and will get FOUR shots :( I'm sure it'll make me cry hearing him scream at the top of his lungs.

Willie got the 2nd coat of paint on the girls room today. Just needs the middle color and their room can go back to normal. I think it's going to look good when it's done. They'll love it atleast.

We had chicken parmegan today for dinner. We talked about forcing the kids more frequently to atleast try what we are having. Kayliana took a bite of it and ate a few more bites. But, we had to name it "Chicken Nugget Pizza" for her to eat it. I made Addison try it after encouraging a bit more and she ate it too. I am proud of them.

Yesterday when we left my mother in laws house with the girls, I told Kayliana and Addison that this weekend we were going to see Aunt Kim and Uncle Lee. She yelled with excitement "I like Uncle Lee and Aunt Kim's house. And Erin will be there too! I like Uncle Lee, and Aunt Kimmy and I really like Erin." Too cute!

Then just today, there was a picture of my niece on the night stand and out of curiosity, since it's been awhile since we've seen my brother, sister in law and niece, I asked her who it was. She said very quickly "Haley!" Then she said "That's my sister" LOL! I told her it was her cousin and she looked at me like I was crazy. Kids are so funny!

Tomorrow, I want to manage to try to get these picture orders together. Willie will be gone all day tomorrow, so it will be interesting to see how much I'm capably of getting done with 2 demanding children and a clingy baby. Looks like he'll be in the sling a lot tomorrow!

This week has been pretty busy. I had a photoshoot on Tuesday and it went pretty well but I missed the window of opportunity to get the 2 little cousins together. I had them come back today. I hate when my clients are disappointed, even if it's out of my control, so I'll do everything I can to make them happy. Today went ok. It's always hard to get 2 kids at the same time, especially when both are under 2yrs old. The mom is amazing to work with though. I really love her as a client and would love for her to come back when her daughter turns a year old since I've done her newborn and 6month portraits thus far.

After the session, we dropped the kids off at the mother in law's house and Willie and I came back to the house to paint the girls room. It's only about 30% done. We have another coat of paint to do, and then the decorating comes next. I've got decals for their room and I need to get their 16x20 prints for their room so that I can hang them up on their wall in their room.

But, I've been up earlier than I'm used to the past few days and I'm wore out. I should really be able to fall asleep much quicker than I do, but that just doesn't seem to be happening. Insomnia absolutely SUCKS! We have plans this weekend too so it's gonna be a really busy few weeks before we leave for Florida. I don't think our lives will become boring again until November.. lol! I think every week/weekend is jam packed full of stuff from now til the end of October.

How freakin' cute is that?? I was very pleased that Addison held Tristan without freaking out. I was so ecstatic that I couldn't help but cheer for her! LOL.

I have a session tomorrow with a 6 month old, and it's had me thinking a lot about Tristan's 3mo and 6mo photoshoots and ideas I have. I can't wait! I have to get Kayliana and Addison's yearly pictures done. I need to go buy some balloons or something and take them outside in a field or beach or something cute. Florida may be the perfect place for their birthday pictures.

I think the 200 situp program and my drinking water only mostly the past few days has really helped me with this weight. I was sticking around 128-130 outside of 1 week when I went down to 126. I've been around 126 consistently lately though, and I hope that keeps up. I still have that goal to get down to 125 and stay there. Tristan's weight seems to be consistent. He tends to gain about 2lbs a month. He has his 2 month appointment next week and I'm guessing he'll be around 12 1/2lbs. That will actually be about 3lbs in 1 month. I'm so proud of myself for his weight gain! Nothing better than knowing that you are the sole reason your baby is thriving so well.
